Fidelio Cruise has developed FC Mobile Gangway, a mobile version and add-on to the company's standard SPMS Gangway Security Module.
Added functionality in SPMS radically cuts emergency passenger-handling times, with the introduction of electronic hand-held devices. The new system enables cruise operators to manage the emergency mustering process by tracking each individual passenger and crew member, whilst simultaneously keeping officers on the bridge fully informed of progress.

Encoded cards enable cruise lines to meet ever-stricter security requirements at the gangway and provide a permanent record of passengers/crew/visitors as required under SOLAS regulations.

Recently added Offline functionality of the Fidelio Cruise’s Check-in Module enables check-in staff to continue processing passengers even if the computer link between shore and ship goes down. This avoids unnecessary embarkation delays.
An extra optional module, designed to enhances passengers’ checking-in experience, comes with Fidelio Cruise’s Remote Check-in Module. This increases the flexibility of passenger handling, saves time and can improve the environment in which passengers check in.
