Your key responsibilities will be:

- Implementation of software onboard including the preparation of the customer’s database, installation of applications, providing training,and onboard live support

- Develop and maintain training plans

- Organise and prepare the content for individual courses for customers

- Reinforce the Customer Service department in your area of expertise

- Assist in the applications QA process

- Help to maintain and update user manuals

- Provide 24 Hours technical support

Your Qualifications:

- Successfully completed training in computer industry or hospitality industry is an advantage

- Good knowledge of client operating systems such as Windows Server 2003 & 2008 and Windows 7 is required.

- Fluent English

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic and challenging environment

- Ability and willingness to travel most of the time
