Fidelio Cruise Completes Seabourn Fleet Installation - Wednesday, November 30, 2011

The installation of state-of-the-art cruise software from Fidelio Cruise on board the Seabourn Spirit completes the IT systems upgrade across Seabourn's six-ship fleet. The six Seabourn vessels now carry a full range of the Hamburg-based firm's software, as well as the integrated MICROS® point-of-sale system.

Fidelio Cruise at Seatrade’s Mediterranean Cruise and Ferry Convention, December 9-11

  

Fidelio Cruise will be demonstrating the very latest in cruise IT innovation at Seatrade’s Mediterranean Cruise and Ferry Convention from December 9-11th.

The event, to be held at the Venice Passenger Terminal, is a key meeting point for cruise and ferry executives from all regions and promises to attract large numbers of visitors intent on assessing the latest developments in this continuously expanding global leisure industry.

Fidelio Cruise’s software systems are tailor-made for the cruise industry and are already in constant operation on board 200 cruise vessels belonging to 40 companies.

Fidelio Cruise’s  President, Tony Heuer remarks: “The latest developments on show in Venice will prove that, along with well known products such as Ship’s Property Management System, Fleet Management System and Materials Management System, we are constantly providing cruise operators with  innovative and comprehensive solutions.  These include systems to raise productivity, improve real-time management information ashore and on board ship, and ultimately increase revenue generation potential". 

 The latest Point-of-Sale systems from Micros will also be on display at Stand 114. The Micros Workstation 5 reflects the very latest developments in rugged and reliable hardware and its Oracle-based software can be easily integrated with Fidelio Cruise systems to raise service levels, improve daily accountability and provide cruise managers with an accurate real-time picture of who’s buying what, where and when.
