FC Ticket

FC Ticket provides ticketing functions for on-board events such as movies and shows and also enables event managers to assign and track any equipment required for specific activities, such as jet skis, mountain bikes, life vests or cabanas.The software ensures that bills and charges including discounts and cancellations are automatically sent to passengers’ central accounts. 

FC Ticket assists ship's personnel with monitoring the popularity of on-board activities The system gives the option of customised set-ups which can include: the events wanted, the ticket types, discounts, refunds/cancellation reasons, etc. The tickets can be bookable per voyage singly or in multiples and users can decide which tickets are grouped together for multi-sales.

At the same time, FC Ticket assists on-board and shore-side personnel with monitoring the relative popularity of activities through their respective attendance levels, enabling planners to fine-tune future offerings accordingly.

A permanent record of passengers and their demand for specific events and activities is automatically established.

 

FC Ticket is an add-on module to the company’s core product, Ship Property Management System (SPMS). It has been developed on similar principles to the FC Shore Excursion module and provides flexibility to suit any operational circumstance.
