Seatrade Miami Beach Convention Center, Miami Beach, Florida

March 10th - 13th, 2008

We are returning to the global cruise industry’s annual summit in Miami with a range of exciting new software developments and innovative products. All of our products will be available for review, including the latest updates to our Ship’s Property Management System (SPMS), Fleet Management System (FMS) and Materials Management (MMS) software. The latest version of our Micros 9700 Version 3 point-of-sale system running under Oracle will also be on display.

“One of the highlights of the developments we have launched recently on the market is ‘offline functionality’ for our Check-in software.” says Fidelio Cruise President Tony Heuer. “Our aim in raising the functionality of the Check-in Module has been to reduce the risks of interruption during embarkation. The system is designed to work so effectively that embarking passengers won’t even notice if any communications issues arise as they are being checked-in. The size of today’s latest generation vessels is such that effective passenger handling is a key challenge for cruise ship operators.”

And keeping with the theme of effective passenger handling, Fidelio Cruise invites you to participate in a review of a powerful new concept for Cruise Line Self-Service Check-in.  You will have the opportunity to learn how important check-in elements featured in Fidelio Cruise software can combine with an industry standard self-service device to create a new wave in traditional cruise embarkation operations.

Tony Heuer will join other leading cruise industry figures on the panel of the IT and Telecommunications at Seaconference session on the morning of Thursday 13th. Topics to be discussed will include the latest technologies and innovative software designed to maximise passenger satisfaction aboard today’s new mega-ships.

Fidelio Cruise software now supports the effective management of over 200 cruise ships belonging to 40 separate cruise vessel operators. Full demonstrations of all Fidelio Cruise systems and modules will be conducted throughout the week at the Miami event. Please come and see us!

If you wish to schedule a meeting time for specific discussion or if you need tickets for the show please send a mail to info@fcruise.com.
